Joan prides herself on having strong client relationships. She worked for many years in Toronto before relocating in Durham and teaming up with Laura. Her many years of experience is unique and a definite asset in guiding clients. Retirement is not for Joan, she loves her work. She enjoys time with family and friends, golfing and travel. Joan has been fortunate to travel the globe, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Australia and more… always ready for a new challenge and adventure.



Laura Marks - Real Estate Broker


Laura wears "two hats”, an active Realtor and an Office Manager for Sutton Group-Heritage. She raised her family and worked in Durham for many years. After 30 years, she has a vast knowledge of all the communities, including rural areas. Durham offers skiing, sailing, golfing and hiking/biking trails, Laura loves it all!Teaming with her mother,  Joan was the perfect fit, enabling each to share tasks and allow for leisure time.
Both Joan & Laura have volunteered on various committees for TRREB. Laura currently is a vice-chair of the Professional Standards Appeal Hearing Committee. She is highly skilled in today's technology and marketing to give you a complete and up to date service.
